At NS Pipework we can provide a full range of industrial and commercial gas services.
We carry out Industrial and commercial gas installations of any size and cover all of the UK. Installing gas pipe work on your premises safely and efficiently and all up to the latest standards. All gas pipe work is carried out by a Gas safe registered engineer and are competent with extensive experience in carrying out all aspects of the installation including gas testing and gas purging of the pipe on completion.
At NS Pipework we have expert fitters who can install your new gas pipe, add on to existing, even create a new hot tap in on a live main so that there is no need to isolate any of your equipment for production on your site. We can also decommission your old and unused pipe work and purge the gas out to make safe.
We are happy to provide help and assistance with any gas pipe enquiries for any type of buildings and of any size.
We can offer a survey of your building to help you to decide on how to heat or gas pipe for your production process, we can see what the best options are for you and where to position your gas pipe work. We can then provide the option of off site fabrication and welding for larger pipes. This means that we would just need to assemble and install into the brackets on site, this would mean less disruption on site. Alternatively, we can fabricate your pipe on your site, as some of the gas pipe may be screwed steel or even a pressfit pipe system that requires no hot works.
Once any gas installation is complete, we will fully test it in its entirety and then purge it to gas before the painting or marking of the gas pipe work.
All work is completed by an industrial gas engineer to the latest and current Gas Safe standards and codes of practice.
Please contact us at NS Pipework for further information and any questions you may have, we always welcome new customers along with current and regular customers.
